How to Use the App
- "Rig Workers" is an app specifically designed for rig owners and workers.
- Rig owners can use this app to easily manage worker attendance and payments.
- First, go to "Owner Login" and use "New Owner Registration" to create a new account for your company.
- Only the rig owner can register initially. Managers or workers cannot directly access the app without the owner's approval.
- Required details for owner registration:
- Email ID (Used for OTP verification)
- Name
- Company Name
- Mobile Number
- Any Rig Vehicle Number
- Login Password
- Selfie Photo Upload
- Make sure all information is entered accurately. OTP will be sent to your email before completing registration. All notifications will be sent to this email, so use a valid one.
- After registration, account approval will be completed in a few hours. You will receive an "Approved" email. Then use the email and password to log in via Owner Login.
- The dashboard will show 3 main options:
- 1) Vehicle Management
- 2) Manager Management
- 3) Worker Management
- 1) Vehicle Management: Add multiple vehicles to manage workers assigned to each one. You can also assign managers to each vehicle.
- 2) Manager Management: Add and assign managers to specific vehicles. They can view and record data only for their assigned vehicle.
- 3) Manage Workers: Register each worker (Manager, Driver, Driller, Helper, Cook) with name, mobile number, email, Aadhar number, start date, vehicle, and photo. To edit/delete, long press their card.
- Note: Only rig owners can add new accounts. After approval, owners must first add vehicles, then managers, and finally workers.
- Managers can only record attendance and payments for assigned workers. They can't edit/delete. Owners have full control.
- Workers can log in to view their own details, attendance, and payments. They cannot edit or modify anything.
- Whenever a payment is made and recorded by the manager, both owner and worker will get email notifications instantly.
- If a worker moves to a new company without closing accounts, their mobile/email/Aadhar will prevent duplicate registration in the new company.
